NextGen Program Policy

These policies govern all payments and participation in NextGen programs. By making any payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS  
  1. Program Overview  

NextGen provides digital skills training, project-based learning, and digital entrepreneurial development programs for African youths.

  1. Commitment Fee  

– A ₦9,500 commitment fee is required to secure a student’s place in the program.  

– This fee confirms the student’s seriousness and reserves access to training resources, mentorship, and project activities.  

  1. Use of Platform  

– Students agree to actively participate in weekly learning and project activities.  

– All materials provided are for personal learning use only and may not be redistributed or resold.  

  1. Code of Conduct  

– Students must maintain respectful communication in all program spaces.  

– Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.  

  1. Limitation of Liability  

NextGen is not liable for:

– Personal outcomes resulting from participation  

– Technical issues outside its control  

– Misuse of program resources  

 
PRIVACY POLICY  
  1. Information We Collect  

We may collect:

– Name  

– Email address  

– Phone number  

– Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)

  1. How We Use Information  

– To register students into the program  

– To communicate updates and learning materials  

– To improve program delivery  

  1. Data Protection  

– Student data is handled securely and not sold to third parties  

– Payments are processed through secure platforms  

  1. Third-Party Services  

We may use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, learning platforms) to deliver our services.

 
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY  
  1. Commitment Fee Policy  

– The ₦9,500 commitment fee is non-refundable.  

– This is because it secures a limited slot and allocates program resources to the student.

  1. Exceptions  

Refunds will only be considered if:

– There is a duplicate payment  

– There is a verified system error  

  1. Refund Processing  

– Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days

  1. Cancellation  

– Students who choose to withdraw from the program are not entitled to a refund of the commitment fee  

SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY  
  1. Access to Program  

– Upon successful payment, students will receive a confirmation email containing detailed information on the next steps regarding their learning journey with NextGen.  

– This includes onboarding documents such as NextGen Student Handbook & Orientation Guide , virtual matriculation event details, Student ID, etc .  

– Access details will be provided within 24–72 hours.  

  1. Program Structure  

– The program includes daily lessons, weekly group projects, and monthly live sessions with industry experts.  

– Students are expected to participate actively in all required sessions.  

  1. Mode of Delivery  

– Training is delivered through digital platforms (e.g., online classrooms, collaboration tools, and live sessions).  

  1. Duration  

– Program duration varies depending on whether a student qualifies for our PRA(professional readiness accelerator) program or not (typically 3–4 months).
