The NextGen Learn & Earn Program is designed to help students earn stipends while learning, ensuring that financial limitations do not interrupt their progress.

Students can participate in structured earning pathways that allow them to:

  • Offset program costs
  • Support their learning expenses
  • Earn rewards through performance and competitions

How the Program Works

The program operates through three earning pathways:

1ST PATH

Commitment Fee Sponsorship Pathway

Who this is for:

Prospective students who cannot afford the full commitment fee.

Key Note:

  • Standard commitment fee: ₦9,500
  • Learn & Earn beneficiaries can unlock access with ₦9,000 equivalent value

How it works:

  • The student refers 9 new students who successfully enroll.
  • Each successful enrollment is valued at ₦1,000.
  • Total earned value (₦9,000) qualifies the student for program access under Learn & Earn.

Outcome:

  • The student gains entry into NextGen without paying the full fee upfront.
2ND PATH

Learning Support (Data Stipend) Pathway

Who this is for:

Students already enrolled who need financial support during the program (e.g., internet data).

How it works:

  • Students refer new prospective students who successfully enroll.
  • They earn ₦1,000 per enrolled student.
  • Payments are released only when earnings reach a minimum of ₦5,000 (i.e., 5 successful referrals).

Outcome:

  • Students can fund essential learning needs while continuing their training.
3RD PATH

Performance & Competition Rewards

Who this is for:

All active students and student groups within NextGen.

How it works:

  • NextGen organizes competitions, challenges, and project-based activities.
  • Students or groups that demonstrate:
    • Outstanding performance
    • High-quality project execution
    • Innovation and creativity
  • Are awarded cash rewards.

Examples of reward categories:

  • Best weekly project
  • Most innovative solution
  • Top-performing group collaboration
  • Outstanding execution or results

Outcome:

  • Students earn based on merit, creativity, and performance, not just participation.

Submission & Verification Process

To ensure accuracy and fairness:

  • All referral records must be sent to:

    learn&earn@nextgendigitalfoundation.com

  • Submissions should include:
    • Full names & email addresses of referred students
    • Any relevant identifying details

Verification Process

  • Each referred individual must be confirmed as successfully enrolled
  • Only verified enrollments are counted

Payment Conditions

  • Payments are processed after verification
  • Minimum payout threshold (₦5,000) applies for stipend withdrawals
  • Rewards from competitions are processed based on official program announcements

Key Rules & Conditions

  • Only verified enrolled students count toward earnings
  • The ₦9,000 sponsorship value applies only to Learn & Earn entry pathway
  • Stipend payouts require a minimum of 5 successful referrals
  • All submissions must go through the official email channel
  • Any false or unverifiable claims will be disqualified
